How this site was born

This site was born from an idea by Riccardo Moschetti and Giuliano Sadar.

Riccardo had, by chance, run into two turtles that, after a year of an unwise purchase, were going to be left into a lake. He was awakened by Giuliano to the tragedy of the trade of reptiles.

Giuliano has been also the primary source of all scientific information contained within this site.
Riccardo is the webmaster.
